Eurowings self-handling implementation​

Ground.net Services played a pivotal role in the Eurowings self-handling project, from developing the business case to supporting the on-site operational implementation. Over six months, a dedicated team of six consultants oversaw key aspects, including HR processes, GSE management, procurement of uniforms and office furniture, and establishing operational procedures. Their comprehensive approach ensured a seamless and successful start to self-handling operations.

To complement this, a team from Karaganda visited Zurich Airport to observe best practices and gain hands-on insights from our experienced Zurich team.

Over 12 months, a team of 4–7 aviation professionals supported Transom Handling at Muscat Airport across key areas including guest services, ramp services, cabin appearance, station management, strategic commercial development, recruitment, and staff training. This comprehensive support extended to operational, commercial, and HR procedures, enabling Transom to successfully pass the IATA ISAGO audit and achieve significant operational milestones.
